Currently we are accepting new clients all over the state of Georgia including Atlanta and surrounding areas. Our virtual care is highly personalized, and we accept only a limited number of clients who are committed to our program and are able to follow all the recommendations in a timely fashion. There may be a waiting period for appointments. We accept only adult patients 21 years old and above who are able to understand and participate in telehealth appointments without parental support and are able to follow instructions on their own.

No, we do not accept insurance for virtual medical visits nor do we bill the insurance. We are not contracted with any insurance. Our visits may be covered by your HSA/FSA savings account. Contact your accountant for more details. Most of our services are bundled together and therefore claims cannot be submitted to your insurance. Our pricing is affordable and may even be less than your yearly deductible.

We accept only limited number of clients to our virtual integrative care who are well motivated for aggressive changes that we recommend and are able to commit to a program. Your brief assessment indicates to us whether we are a good fit and be able to help with your integrative care. It helps us to recommend a program plan based on your needs and complexity of care, although the final choice is yours.

No, Holisticmd Online is a consultative virtual integrative medicine practice. You are required to maintain and be seen in person by a primary care at least once a year in order to have telemedicine consultation with us. We do not order routine preventative tests such as mammogram, colonoscopy, osteoporosis screening etc, although we may recommend that you obtain them through your primary care provider where appropriate. The disadvantage of a telemedicine is that we cannot examine you in person and hence certain physical signs can be easily missed. Similarly emergency care is not offered by Holisticmd Online.

Best way to contact us is by submitting an online contact form through our website. Once you are an established client, you will be able to email us directly. Our dedicated client support strives hard to respond to your questions as soon as possible. Dr Iyer will call you with any abnormality that needs your immediate attention. We also use a third-party telemedicine service for minor care or medication refill when your primary care provider is not available.

HolisticMD Online is a consultative virtual integrative practice. Although we do not offer yearly memberships, our bundled 3-6 month Key2health program is more affordable than a yearly membership offered by other integrative providers. You are considered an established client after 6 months of care. After this most clients need virtual visits only every 3-6 months. You can pay for time-based visit at an affordable discounted rate.

We are contracted with trusted lab testing companies for affordable routine and specialized lab testing . There is always transparency in the lab testing. Because of the unique nature of our virtual practice, it is recommended that you obtain the initial advanced lab testing through us. Similarly many of the specialized lab testing are not covered by insurance. You can obtain maintenance lab testing through your primary care provider by using your regular insurance.

You are allowed to cancel your appointment at any time without any cancellation fees. You do not have to worry about cancellation fees.
However, we do have a one-time deposit of $ 49 for all new clients to be paid at the time of appointment booking. This fee is NON-REFUNDABLE once the appointment is booked. This policy applies only to new clients. You do not have to pay additional booking fees if you reschedule your appointment within 3 months of your initial booking fee.
Established clients do not have any cancellation fees or booking fees.
